Please read these terms carefully before using the Elytra Pool platform. Your continued access constitutes full acceptance.
Welcome to Elytra Pool. By accessing or using this platform you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue all use immediately.
"Platform" refers to Elytra Pool, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any associated decentralized protocols, smart contracts, and web interfaces.
"User" (or "you") means any individual or entity interacting with the Platform, including but not limited to stakers, referrers, and purchasers of digital assets.
"Rewards" denote non-guaranteed, variable incentives distributed at the Platform's sole discretion, with no expectation of profit or guaranteed return.
"Staking" refers to the act of locking digital assets within the Platform's smart contract infrastructure to participate in network validation or yield-generation mechanisms.
By accessing the Platform, you irrevocably consent to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any future amendments which may be posted without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes a binding arbitration agreement, which includes waiving class action rights as outlined in Section 9.2.
If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately discontinue all use of this Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Users affirm they are not a citizen or resident of any prohibited jurisdiction, including but not limited to the United States, Cuba, Iran, and North Korea, unless fully compliant with applicable local regulations.
No Guaranteed Access: Account registration may be declined or existing accounts terminated without explanation at the Platform's sole discretion (see Section 7).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
Variable Rewards: All APY estimates displayed on the Platform are purely hypothetical and illustrative. Actual returns are subject to smart contract risks, slashing events, network congestion, and protocol-level changes.
Asset Custody: Staked assets remain the User's property; however, rewards constitute unsecured claims until formally distributed to your wallet address.
Lock Periods: Assets staked under specific pool contracts may be subject to mandatory lock periods. Early withdrawal may result in partial or full forfeiture of accrued rewards.
Tax Liability: You alone are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from staking rewards. The Platform does not provide tax advice — consult a qualified tax advisor.
Referral rewards are limited to 10 levels deep to avoid regulatory classification as a security, pyramid scheme, or Ponzi arrangement under applicable law.
The Platform reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel referral rewards deemed fraudulent, artificially generated, or obtained in violation of these Terms. Such decisions are final with no appeals process.
Self-referrals, creation of multiple accounts to generate artificial referrals, and any form of referral manipulation are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Non-Refundable: All purchases of digital assets, including NFT avatars, cosmetic items, and platform gems, are final and non-reversible under any circumstances.
No Financial Utility: Avatars and cosmetic items confer absolutely no staking advantages, reward multipliers, or financial benefits — they are purely cosmetic in nature.
The Platform retains the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any digital asset at any time without notice or compensation to holders.
At-Will Suspension: The Platform may freeze, restrict, or permanently terminate any account for "suspicious activity" as determined at our sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation to define the triggering behavior.
Abandoned Accounts: Account balances inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as abandoned and repurposed as protocol maintenance fees.
User-Initiated Closure: Users may request account closure by contacting support. Pending staked assets subject to lock periods will be handled per the applicable pool contract terms.
Ensure all staked assets have been unstaked and withdrawn before requesting account closure to avoid forfeiture.
As-Is Service: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Third-Party Blockchain Risks: We are not liable for exploits, bugs, or failures in underlying blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain) or third-party smart contracts.
Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Cayman Islands Arbitration Act.
Class Action Waiver: Users may only pursue claims on an individual basis. Class actions, mass arbitrations, and consolidated proceedings are expressly waived and prohibited.
Time Limitation: Any claim arising from use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it shall be permanently barred.
Unilateral Changes: The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
